ConsultationWe conduct an interview to understand the client’s needs. Based on which, we design and offer a custom-made support system that suits the client’s needs, including provision of pre-visit information, start-up support after arrival, orientation, and training of supporting staff providing support for family’s hospital visits and school-related matters as well as visits to your organization during their stay in Japan.

Planning and proposal based on JISTEC’s networkJISTEC has built and maintained a broad network across universities, research institutions, embassies and other organizations, through its experience in conducting exchange programs for nearly 30 years.
- – Together with the client, we select and coordinate with host organizations to plan and propose a smoothly-run program that better achieves the purpose of the client in inviting foreign nationals.
- – We meticulously design a program, taking into consideration invitees’ religious and cultural needs, such as halal and vegetarian meals.

Attendance serviceWe also provide pre-visit orientation and conduct coordination with the parent organization.
- – We provide support throughout entire schedule, from pick-up at airport to departure. We also provide partial support for a portion of the schedule, such as on weekends or an hourly basis.
